1. Booking

Reservations are confirmed only after we acknowledge availability and payment is received. Quoted prices exclude 18% GST unless otherwise stated.

2. Check-in & check-out

Standard check-in 2:00 PM; check-out 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur a fee.

3. Guest conduct

Maximum guest counts per villa are firm. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours apply after 11:00 PM at family-tier properties.

4. Damages

Guests are liable for damage caused during the stay. A refundable security deposit may apply for large groups or event bookings.

5. Cancellation

6. Liability

ECR Villas is not liable for personal belongings, force-majeure disruption, or independent third-party services arranged at guest request.
