Standard policy

| More than 14 days before check-in | 100% future-stay voucher OR 80% refund |
| 7–14 days before check-in | 50% future-stay voucher OR 50% refund |
| Less than 7 days before check-in | No refund |
No-shows
No-shows are treated as cancellation on the day of check-in.
Force majeure
If we cannot honour a booking due to force majeure, we will offer a full refund or a future-stay voucher of equal value.
