Booking details (name, contact, dates, guests), payment confirmation tokens (we do not store card numbers), and basic site analytics. We do not sell personal data.

2. How we use it

To confirm bookings, coordinate stays, send transactional communication, and improve our service. Marketing emails only with consent.

3. Sharing

We share data only with payment processors (Razorpay), our host coordinators, and government authorities when legally required.

4. Retention

Booking records retained for 7 years per Indian tax requirements. Marketing data deleted within 30 days of unsubscribe.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by writing to info@ecrvillas.net.

6. Cookies

We use minimal first-party cookies for session state and anonymised analytics. No third-party tracking pixels.
